The Winemaker's Game — Mendoza, Argentina

Ever wonder what actually goes into making a Malbec? For three hours, you step into the sommelier's shoes. You taste four base varieties — Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot — and then decide: What percentage of each? What kind of wine do you want to build? Once you've settled on your blend, you design your label, name your cuvée, and cork your own bottle to take home. Gourmet tapas and three estate wines included. A creative, intimate experience — and yes, the bottle is yours to keep.
