Process
Five simple steps. You tell us what you want — we do everything else.
We schedule a private video call with our founder Silvina — 30 minutes dedicated to understanding your vision for the trip. You tell us when you're coming, who you're traveling with, what you love about wine, and what kind of experience you picture. No commitment, no charge, in English.
Based on what you told us, we prepare an initial trip outline — days, regions, types of experiences, hotel range. We send it over for you to review and give us your thoughts.
No charge at this stageIf the outline looks right and you want to move forward, we ask for a development fee of USD 200 to begin the full design. This fee is deducted from the total trip cost — our planning service is free.
Within 3–4 days you receive your complete itinerary: hotels, wineries, restaurants, and every activity with timing and pricing.
USD 200 credited against totalYou have 14 days to review the proposal, ask questions, and request any changes. We adjust everything until the itinerary is exactly what you imagined.
Once you approve the final proposal, we collect a 30% deposit of the total cost to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
Recommended accommodation
We only work with hotels where we'd bring our own family and friends.
