About this experience
Leave Mendoza city behind and head deep into the Andean foothills, where the vineyards give way to open rangeland and Cordón del Plata fills the horizon. A 2.5-hour horseback ride — or walk or bike, your choice — takes you through the valley at your own pace. At the highest point, your guide uncorks a bottle and you toast a 360° mountain panorama. Then back to the ranch for a slow asado by the stone fireplace: empanadas, Argentine grilled meats, artisan bread baked on-site.
